1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or design).
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
To qualify for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for the following:
- Items ordered in the correct size, color, and design as per your order.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
3. Return Process
If your return meets the eligibility criteria:
- Contact us at info@rosacouture.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos as proof.
- If approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds or Replacements
Once the return is received and inspected:
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
- Refunds are issued only in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
5. Shipping Fees
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged item received).
